1. Scope
This policy applies to FlirtGPT’s website, authenticated app, and reply-generation API. It does not cover third-party sites or services linked from FlirtGPT.
2. Information we process
- Account information: identifiers and profile details supplied through Clerk, such as your email address and user ID.
- Conversation input: messages, situations, tone choices, and optional context you submit for generation.
- Generated output: reply suggestions returned to you.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, request timing, security events, and diagnostic logs generated by our hosting providers.
- Support communications: information you include when emailing us.
3. How we use information
We process information to authenticate users, generate requested replies, secure and operate the service, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Conversation storage
The current app keeps threads and session usage in browser memory rather than a FlirtGPT database. They disappear when the page closes or refreshes. Conversation input still passes through Cloudflare infrastructure and Workers AI to produce a response, and limited operational logs may be retained by service providers.
5. Service providers
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, logging, and AI inference, and Clerk for authentication and account management. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may add providers as the service evolves and will update this policy when appropriate.
6. Cookies and local technology
Clerk and FlirtGPT may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technology needed for sign-in, security, preferences, and service operation. We currently do not use advertising cookies.
7. Sharing
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate FlirtGPT, and with authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the service. If the service is reorganized or transferred, information may be included in that transaction subject to applicable law.
8. Retention
Browser-session content lasts only for that session unless you copy or save it elsewhere. Account information remains while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, or operational purposes. Support messages and infrastructure logs are retained only as reasonably needed for those purposes.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS transport and authenticated API access. No online system is perfectly secure, so avoid submitting information you would not want exposed.
10. Your choices and rights
You can close or refresh the page to clear session threads, manage your profile through Clerk, and ask us about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available where you live. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
11. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.
12. Children
FlirtGPT is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has used the service.
13. Changes
We may update this policy as FlirtGPT changes. The current effective date appears above, and we will provide additional notice when required by law.
