You are responsible for your account, activity, and the content you submit. Only provide content you have the right to use. Do not submit highly sensitive information, passwords, financial details, precise location data, or another person’s confidential information.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited right to process it only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Responsible use
You may not use FlirtGPT to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, exploit, or deceive another person;
- create sexual content involving minors or anyone who may be under 18;
- facilitate coercion, non-consensual conduct, fraud, discrimination, or illegal activity;
- probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access and usage controls; or
- send spam or automated bulk messages.
6. Safety and consent
No generated message guarantees interest, consent, compatibility, or safety. Respect boundaries and stop contacting someone who asks you to stop. If a conversation or meeting feels unsafe, prioritize your judgment and contact appropriate local help.
7. Plans, limits, and payments
Features and usage limits may vary by plan. If paid features are offered, prices and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after the applicable service is provided. We may change future pricing or features with reasonable notice.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including models, limits, and features. We work to keep FlirtGPT available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlirtGPT is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results from using generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlirtGPT and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, relationships, or opportunities arising from use of the service.

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others; comply with law; or address violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when legally required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
